Where to Start

If you would like to find peace of mind, and the space to revitalise your life, you are in the right place.

I work with people one on one, and run events and retreats. On the following pages, I aim to give you as much information as possible and offer some useful resources.

The Process

All sessions are held on Zoom. Wherever you are, it’s always my intention to create a space where you can speak freely and without judgment. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable and safe. This time is for you.

Sessions last for up to 90 minutes. There is no set structure as it depends what is most useful for you. Sometimes, you might just want to talk. At other times, we might explore through metaphor or imagination. We follow what works best for you.

However you are feeling, I aim to provide a calm and relaxing space where you can access your own solutions and realisations. And sometimes I might have practical suggestions to offer too.

Clients often report feeling lighter afterwards.  And over several sessions this experience can deepen. It’s my priority to enable you to experience the change you desire so you can move forward with confidence and ease.

    If you do not see what you are looking for you are welcome to get in touch. If, for any reason, I feel I can’t be of service to you I may be able to refer you to another trusted and qualified practitioner.

  • There is no fee for your initial 90-minute consultation. This provides an opportunity for us to get clear about your objectives and discover whether the process is right for you. Further sessions are £125 and also last up to 90 minutes. My first priority is to you, and ensuring that you have access to the sessions you require.

  • This varies from person to person and depends on the type of issue and the aim of the process. Sometimes one or two sessions is exactly what is needed. For deep-rooted or long-standing-issues it’s my experience that working together over 10 or more sessions provides the best opportunity for deep and lasting change. The time between appointments varies dependent on your scheduling and requirements. I may suggest that our first three appointments are spaced weekly.

  • Some clients find it relaxing to be in the comfort of their own homes and, depending on how you are feeling, we can work with or without video. My treatment room at Harley Street was closed during lockdown and I haven’t gone back to face-to-face work because Zoom has proved to be so effective and flexible.

  • Currently payments are made by bank transfer. PayPal is also an option if preferred.

  • If you need to cancel a session I prefer 48 hours-notice. However, I’m aware that this isn’t always possible and I aim to be flexible. Do be aware, though, that if you book a session and cancel it with less than 24 hours-notice it is possible that the full fee will be charged. This decision is dependent on the circumstances.
