I work with people one on one, and run events and retreats. On the following pages, I aim to give you as much information as possible and offer some useful resources.

The Process

Due to Covid-19 sessions are currently held on Zoom. Wherever you are, it’s always my intention to create a space where you can speak freely and without judgment. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable and safe. This time is for you.

Sessions last for an hour. There is no set structure as it depends what is most useful for you at the time. Sometimes, you might want to talk without interruption. At other times, you might prefer to quietly listen.

However you are feeling, I aim to provide a calm and relaxing space where you can access your own solutions and realisations. And sometimes I might have practical suggestions to offer too.

Clients often report feeling lighter afterwards.  And over several sessions this experience can deepen. It’s my priority to enable you to experience the change you desire so you can move forward with confidence and ease.

How much are sessions?

There is no fee for your initial 90 minute consultation. This provides an opportunity for us to get clear about your objectives and discover whether the process is right for you. Payment will be dependent on the length and number of sessions you choose and we can discuss this during the consultation. My first priority is to you, and ensuring that you have access to the sessions you require.

 

How many sessions will I need and how often?

This varies from person to person and depends on the type of issue and the aim of the process. Sometimes one or two sessions is exactly what is needed. For deep-rooted or long-standing issues it’s my experience that working together over 10 or more sessions provides the best opportunity for deep and lasting change. The time between appointments varies dependent on your scheduling and requirements. I may suggest that our first three appointments are spaced weekly.

 

I don’t want to meet on Zoom. Is there another way we can work together?

Some clients find it relaxing to be in the comfort of their own homes and, depending on how you are feeling, and what we’re doing, we can work with or without video. My treatment room at Harley Street has been closed because of Covid-19 and it’s not clear yet when I’ll next be able meet with clients face to face.

 

Which methods of payment do you accept?

You can either pay by bank transfer beforehand or by cash at the time of the appointment.

 

What happens if I need to cancel an appointment?

If you need to cancel a session I prefer 48 hours notice. However, I’m aware that this isn’t always possible and I aim to be flexible. Do be aware, though, that if you book a session and cancel it with less than 24 hours notice it is possible that the full fee will be charged. This decision is dependent on the circumstances.

For over 14 years I’ve been working with clients , firstly as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and more recently expanding treatment to include Transformative Coaching and Spiritual Psychology. My aim is to create space to help clear the mind, and reflect your innate wellness and wisdom.

Since 2013 I’ve been based at No 1 Harley Street.
